How to use the discount code?

When a promotion is available on our website, a corresponding code will be displayed on the product page. You must click to copy the code from the coupon icon and paste the code into the discount code box at check out where it will be automatically deducted before you process the payment.

Please note that only one coupon code may be applied to an order, you cannot combine multiple coupon codes for additional discounts. Coupon codes are only valid on our official website.

Do I need to register an account when purchasing?

There is no need to register for an account when placing an order.

But we recommend you to register an account to enjoy the full service.

Included Customs fee?

LVYUAN will not cover the customs fees and duties, and they are non-refundable as well. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with the customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fee and duties, we recommend you reaching out to us or contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order. What payment methods do you accept?

How to check my invoices?

You can view your invoices by going to my account/my orders. Simply click on the relevant order and download your invoice.

Shipping

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with tracking number and a link to track it. You can also track the progress of your order by heading to my account/my orders then clicking on "Track my order". Or click here to check.

How do I cancel my order before it is shipped?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please contact the customer service to apply for a return.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Free shipping on orders $69 USD+. Except for orders shipped from the factory.

Can I change the address after shipping?

We regret that post-shipment change of address service is not available. Please put your shipment with full details including contact number/consignee's name/street number/building number if applicable. We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by invalid information provided by customers. In this case, You need to contact the carrier for assistance by yourself. If you need further support, please contact LVYUAN support for help in time!

How do I change my order before shipment?

Model or quantities and shipping address can be changed within 12 hours after order placed, please contact us via email.
