BETA TESTER AGREEMENT

This Beta Tester Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between LVYUAN ("Company") and you ("Tester") regarding your participation in our confidential product testing program.

1. PURCHASE AND REIMBURSEMENT STRUCTURE

Tester acknowledges that participation requires purchasing the product through the Company-designated Specified Platform link at the listed retail price. Upon satisfactory completion of all Testing Obligations outlined in Section 2, Tester shall receive a full refund via the original payment method (or agreed alternative) within 5-7 business days. Tester understands that this is a reimbursement-based evaluation program, not a direct product giveaway.

2. TESTING OBLIGATIONS

Tester agrees to fulfill the following within 30 days of product delivery:

(a) Complete the purchase through the specific Specified Platform link provided exclusively to Tester;

(b) Publish a fair and honest product review on the Specified Platform platform; If there are any issues with the product, please contact us via email first, and kindly refrain from leaving any reviews on Specified Platform.

(c) Submit comprehensive, detailed feedback regarding product performance, functionality, and user experience to support@lvyuan.com, including any defects encountered or improvement suggestions.

3. REFUND GUARANTEE AND ELIGIBILITY CONSEQUENCES

Tester acknowledges that the Company provides an unconditional refund guarantee: Regardless of whether Tester completes the obligations in Section 2, the Company shall honor the refund request upon submission of proof of purchase. However, if Tester fails to complete the Specified Platform review or email feedback for any reason—including technical failure, personal circumstances, or product dissatisfaction—Tester shall be permanently disqualified from all future beta testing programs, early access opportunities, and exclusive trials offered by the Company.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Tester acknowledges that the product is provided for evaluation purposes. Tester voluntarily assumes all risks associated with installation, operation, and use. The Company shall not be held responsible for any accidents, personal injury, property damage, or other incidents arising from product use, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

5. PROHIBITION ON TRANSFER

Prior to receiving reimbursement, Tester shall not sell, resell, auction, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the product to any third party. Following reimbursement, ownership transfers to Tester; however, confidentiality obligations herein survive indefinitely.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

Tester acknowledges that the existence of this beta test, the reimbursement arrangement, product specifications, and program details constitute strict Confidential Information and trade secrets. Tester agrees to:

· Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the incentivized nature of this program;

· Refrain from disclosing any program details via social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Reddit), online forums, blogs, video-sharing platforms, or any public/private channels;

· Not disclose in the Specified Platform review or any public forum that the review was incentivized by a refund program or that the product was received through beta testing.

· Not photograph, record, or publicly display proprietary aspects of the product without written consent.

7. LEGAL ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

Tester understands that unauthorized disclosure or transfer would cause irreparable harm. In the event of breach of Sections 5 or 6, the Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including immediate injunctive relief, monetary damages for actual and consequential losses, recovery of attorney fees, and other actions permitted by law. The Company reserves the right to report violations to Specified Platform, which may result in account suspension.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All feedback submitted becomes the exclusive property of the Company without further compensation.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting your application to support@lvyuan.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
