Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return. Be sure to read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or exchange, then contact our customer service for return instructions. We will review your return request within 2 business days of receiving it.

Returnable Items:
1. Faulty items damaged or broken upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect model.
3. Items may be returned for personal reasons if the product remains unused and in its original packaging, with all components included.

Your refund request may be canceled under the following conditions:
1. The return tracking number is not submitted to LVYUAN Support within 7 days after LVYUAN approves your return request via email.
2. For returns made for personal reasons, LVYUAN finds the product has missing parts, defects, or signs of use after inspecting the returned package.
3. The product is damaged due to uncontrollable external factors (including fire, flood, high winds, lightning, or violent transportation) during the return process.
4. Failure to provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice, or if LVYUAN has reason to believe these documents are forged or altered.

Return Shipping Costs:
1. If the return is due to product quality issues or an incorrect model, LVYUAN will cover the return shipping costs.
2. If the return is made for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days to process the refund after receiving returned package. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Buyer will receive an email once the billing been refunded.
