Complete Warranty Process

2.Claim Review: Once your claim is submitted, we will review it within 2 business days and determine if your product is eligible for warranty service.
3.Repair or Replacement Decision: After reviewing your claim, we will decide if your product qualifies for repair or replacement and notify you via email.
4.Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. For defects covered under warranty, LVYUAN will cover the return shipping costs.
5.Product Resolution: Once we receive the product, we will assess it and proceed with either repairing the defect or issuing a replacement. You will be updated throughout the process.
