·Press the current selection key to select the required charging current. The product offers three options of 5A,10A and 25A for 12V batteries, and two options of 5A and 10A for 24V batteries. Users can choose the appropriate charging current gear based on the size of their battery, and the charging current can also be switched during the charging process.
When a current is selected, the machine will first display the corresponding current for 5 seconds and then display the real-time charging current. This could help users monitor the charging process more easily and make adjustments as needed. With a repair mode start button that can be pressed and held for 5 seconds to enter the repair mode. This mode may be useful for seriously over-discharged or vulcanized batteries that need to be repaired. The repair cycle to be 24 hours, and if the repair is not completed within this timeframe, the user can restart and enter the next 24-hour repair mode.
It is important to note that someone should be on duty during the repair process, and if the battery becomes too hot, it must be stopped from charging. The repair work can also be stopped by pressing the start-stop button during operation. Additionally, the two clips cannot be short-circuited in the repair mode.
*Finally, it should be noted that open-circuit batteries or short-circuited batteries cannot be repaired using this function.
8-STAGE CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE MODES
Desulfation: Pulse charge to break down the buildup of lead sulphate crystals on a battery discharged or idled for a long time, seriously affecting the performance and lifetime of battery.
Soft Start: A slow steady buildup of the charging process that limits the power supplied to protect the battery.
Constant Current: The main part of the charging process where 80% of the charge is applied.
Constant Voltage: Fully charges the battery by slowly reducing the charge rate to allow the battery to absorb more power.
Analysis: Automatically test the state of the battery after charging, if the battery is abnormal, it will enter the repair stage; If the battery is normal, it will enter the floating charging stage.
Recondition: Unique charge state to recover deeply discharged batteries. After repair, return to the constant current stage to continue charging. If repair fails, an error will be reported.
Float: Maintains the battery at 100% charge without overcharging or damaging the battery, allowing the smart charger to be left connected to the battery indefinitely.
Pulse Maintenance: Auto-wake up and pulse compensate voltage to 100% full again when detecting the voltage of battery drops to below 12v. Perfect for intermittent use of batteries.
How to Use Buttons
Battery voltage:The charger automatically identifies batteries voltage, no need to select the voltage.
Charging current:It cannot be changed after charging starts. If you want to change the current, you need to press the On / Set button twice, after stopping charging, select the current again.
Change battery type:It can be changed during charging.
After setting the current and battery type, press the "ON / SET" button to start charging!!!
The charging would automatically stop when the battery is fully charged.
